What credit scores do the prospects have?

Our database consists of prospects that have a minimum credit score of 620 or above.

How many prospects do you have?

We have a database filled with more than 120 million households from across the nation in 5 categories: Renters, Refinancers, Purchasers, New College Graduates and Newlyweds.

Are these trigger leads?

No. We won't sell you any trigger leads. Instead, we provide affordable, cost-effective mortgage prospects for you to build your database and develop profitable, long-term relationships.

Should I begin cold-calling right away?

We don't recommend it. You won't see much success from cold-calling without sending at least 1 direct mail postcard campaign (provided FREE). Instead, our customers have seen greater success by contacting prospects that have responded to direct mail postcard campaigns and multiple e-mail campaigns.

What is the minimum amount of prospects I can buy?

Minimum amount is 100 qty. You will get discounted prices for larger quantities. Check the pricing page for more information.

Are there any usage limitations or restrictions?

No. There are no limitations or restrictions from us on your list purchase.

Am I renting or buying?

Platinum Prospects sells exclusive consumer mortgage lists. Once you purchase a list from us it is yours and no one else's.

What exactly does "exclusive" mean?

Yes. That means that the prospects you purchase are yours and yours alone. We don't take the same name and sell it again to you or anyone else, no matter what other list you, or anyone else, purchase from us.

What is the price per prospect?

Our pricing structure is based on volume, the more you buy the less you pay per prospect. Special discounts are available to Mortgage Success Source members.

What's included in my purchase?

Is the marketing really FREE?

What is a SAN number?

Because a phone number is included in your list purchase, you need a Subscription Account Number (SAN) which is registered with the National Do Not Call Registry.

How do I get a SAN number?
